Current Professional Services Offered

 

 I9 Verification Services-  

All U.S. employers must properly complete Form I-9 for each person they hire for employment in the United States. On the form, an employee must attest to his or her employment authorization. The employee must also present his or her employer with acceptable documents evidencing identity and employment authorization. The employer must examine the employment eligibility and identity document(s) an employee presents to determine whether the document(s) reasonably appear to be genuine and to relate to the employee and record the document information on the Form I-9. Employers may designate an Authorized Representative to do this task on their behalf.  

Providing correct, valid documentation is the responsibility of the new Employee. There are several lists of documents that can be used for  I9 Verifications according to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), read form carefully to ensure you have proper documentation.  I cannot provide direction or determine correct form required.

 

 

1. The request to act as Authorized Representative is the role typically suggested and sought from a notary public, as a neutral 3rd party; the notary does not notarize or stamp these documents, ever.  Any request to provide notarial stamp will be denied.

2. A Verification Fee of $40 is payable at point of service plus nominal a travel fee, if applicable. The Employee must present, in person, the  completed document and or access to the employer sanctioned digital platform and present valid identifications for verification.

 

 

 

Printing, Shipping and Courier Services-  

Often due limiting circumstances or urgency of service needs, a customer may need to request a document be emailed from a family member, attorney of online service and subsequently printed by the notary public.  I offer secured encrypted email  option for PDFs to be printed by monochrome, laser jet toner, on letter or legal paper. Similar situations require completed documents to be couriered to the post office, overnight ship centers or county clerks for recording.  Fees start at $10 for printing, $10 for courier and actual postage fees for selected services.

 

Document Witnessing Services-  

Many legal documents, including wills and real estate transfers, need neutral, unaffiliated witnesses to the execution of signatures. Clients can find associates, neighbors or others for such witness needs... but sometimes that is a difficult task.  We can provide qualified Document Witnesses, especially for those clients in isolated locations or no outside resources, such as hospitals or care facilities. Typical Fees start at $25 per witness, per detail; advance notice required.

 

Asset Inspection Services-

These services are primarily requested by businesses like banks, lenders, or insurance agencies that are in need of photographic  or written evidence of  the current conditions of assets.  I am available for the likes of lockbox inspections, insurance claims evidence, site inspections, property occupancy verification or photographic asset reviews.  Please call ro discuss specific needs, timelines and negotiation of service fees.
