Mobile Notary for Star, Middleton, Emmett, Caldwell, Nampa, Wilder and Beyond
Thank you for your interest in notary services from me, Susan E Conger. I am a long time Idaho resident, living in Middleton and serving the greater SW Idaho region. As a notary public, I am a public official commissioned by the State of Idaho to administer oaths and affirmations, take acknowledgments, witness signatures and other duties permitted by state law. Common documents include vital records request, estate planning documents, divorce decrees, school papers, motor vehicle documents, powers of attorney, deposition of events, etc.
I am not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice on any matters. I cannot assist in document understanding, legality, selection, creation, drafting or completing any paperwork. I speak only English, therefore all signers must also speak English directly to me, without use of translation assistance.
Role Of The Notary Public
The role of a notary public is to verify the identity of the signers of the document and ensure that they are signing the document willingly and with full knowledge of its contents. Notaries play a crucial role in the legal system by ensuring the authenticity and integrity of legal documents. They help prevent fraud and forgery by verifying the identity of the signers and confirming that the document has not been altered in any way.
